  • WHAT HAPPENED?

    Kane equalled the 17-year-old goal record of Luca Toni as he netted his 24th Bundesliga goal for Bayern Munich in their 2-1 win against Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday. After the win, the England international claimed that their real test will be against league leaders Bayer Leverkusen and the team need to be fired up for the clash.

    Speaking to reporters, Kane said: "We know Saturday it'll be a really tough test. They're a good side and play good football, but as always football is about more than that. You have to fight, show some courage and passion. And that's what we'll do."

    The former Tottenham star has enjoyed a rich vein of form since moving to Munich in the summer. The striker has scored 28 goals across all competitions in 27 appearances and has provided eight assists. He is on course to beat Robert Lewandowski's 41 goals in a league season in 2020-21.
